Proactive threat detection 

• Ibexlabs recommended IAM Access Analyzer, AWS Config, and AWS Security Hub. These AWS services helped Voicify enable centralized security management and continuously monitor and record AWS resources to ensure compliance with internal policies and troubleshoot configuration issues effectively.
• Ibexlabs adopted the principle of least privilege for IAM  roles and users and created tailored policies granting minimal permissions.
• Ibexlabs tightened rules in security groups and NACL to restrict traffic for enhanced security and compliance.

Improved data governance

• Ibexlabs identified and eliminated inactive IAM users and implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for IAM and Root users.
• Ibexlabs conducted a comprehensive audit of all S3 bucket permissions. Buckets identified as public were reviewed to determine the necessity of their accessibility.
• Ibexlabs enabled Server-Side Encryption (SSE) for all Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) queues using AWS Key Management Service (KMS), enhancing overall data security and governance.
